Great class if you like law. Simon is a funny guy in a dry sort of way. If you have to take it for your major, take him. I got an A and didn't do the work for it!

Simon is a very funny guy which makes it very easy to lose track of time during his lectures. He gives a lot of quizzes which account for an unusual percent of you grade. You have to study the assigned material before class. Also you MUST go to class

Simon's class is interesting, but not easy The lectures are interesting but you have to read the book and CASE STUDIES a lot to pass his tests

It's the class i learned the most in. Simon is a funny guy and he does care if you do well; go to class, read the book and you will do just fine. He may seem intimidating but he's a good guy!

Good class...good teacher. Not an easy teacher, but a good one. MUST read assigned material (focus on cases) and MUST MUST go to class (for participation grade, pop quizes, and random examples that WILL appear on tests). Overall a great class!

Simon is hilarious! All you have to do for the test is outline the chapters and cases and you can make an A or B easily. Go to class bc it's really interesting and he is one of the funniest guys I know. the case write up is quick, get it done fast

Go to Class, take notes, pay attention to the cases that he talks about in class. Pay attention to detail & the Cases in the Book.

This would be an interesting class w/ relevant material, but Simone ruins it. He thinks he's so smart and funny. tough tests, only BLAW prof that gives a research paper. TAKE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

The man is insane. He wants you to participate, but when you do he rips you a new a**hole. GO TO CLASS. I missed the class 3 times and got a 0 in participation, don't know what happened.

Simon is a very funny guy he makes his class very intresting but be prepare to take a lot of pop quizzes and you have to teach yourself material from the book for the test, For the test FOCUS ON THE CASES

Make sure you go to class to get your participation grade and to hear examples he gives. Boring at times but entertaining at others. Work hard and you'll get what you deserve.

The test are pretty hard, and you must read every word assigned to you, there is a ton of reading. But he is a lawyer, who knows what the law is.
