The content of this class is tough and boring - but Downer is a great teacher and cares about his students - you have to earn your grade but you really learn the subject in the meantime.

Downer gives only 2 tests (midterm & final); he knows his statistics, but he is NOT a teacher; he mumbles and stutters most of the time, VERY boring, not helpful
