She's a wonderful teacher. She cares about her students and wants to see them do well. She makes the class really interesting and repeats the material often so that it's not so hard when it comes time to study.

Stem is horrible. She doesnt care what grade you get. She grades very hard and she doesnt prepare you at all for the exam. She throws a fit if you miss a class and she's psyco about manners (no yawning!!!) DONT TAKE HER!!!!!!

She's a great teacher. Take her. No curves, but no teacher can, it's departmental. She's VERY patient and calm. The info is repeated so much you barely have to study. Participation is 20 points per day! so go to class. 20% of your grade too.

Melissa Stem is the best french teacher I've ever had. She actually cares about her students if they care about their grade, and she won't embarass you if you don't know how to say something in french.
