Definitely a valuable course for grad CSC students.....teaching covers basic data mining methods...with a motivation to reach out to the recent developments with the paper reading...be sure to know a little about statistics

Dr Chen was a very nice teacher, but the class was ridiculously boring. Tests are easy and she hands out enough bonus points. Programs are mild in difficulty. Class isnt really required.
