Mrs. Powell is a great teacher. I hate to see her leave. I learned a lot in her class and hope to have her again for eng. 1002. She made her class fun when it started to get boring. There is a little bit of reading but it isnt overwhelming.

This is a very interesting class, and im someone who never has liked shakespeare - she is an AWESOME teacher!! very willing to meet with u and discuss paper topics and reveiw your papers before submitting - lot of reading,but thats expected

Mrs. Powell is a good teacher, but her grading system is tough. She does let you revise papers over and over again until you get the grade you want.

Do the readings and make sure you can write well for her papers. Let her read them early if you can.
