All of his test are open book and open notes, but he is the worst teacher I have EVER had. You can't understand him at all and every Y he writes looks like an X. He is so confusing and I didn't learn a thing.

im not sure if i learned anything but when you drop a quiz, a test, AND the final and finish with a 99 average, i guess it doesnt matter
