His tests really aren't that hard if you read the chapters and if you go to class, he gives bonus points, but since he puts his notes on the internet, he makes you NOT want to go since it's pretty boring.

Minichin is so boring it hurts. talks in a monotone voice from start to finish and makes semi-intresting material seem very dull. im just glad its over with and i never have to go back

He's a prick but you dont have to go to class because he puts the notes on the internet.

Minchin is a pretty good teacher. The subject material is REALLY boring at first but he posts lots of notes on the internet. Tests arent too hard but you have to study a lot if before the test if you dont go to class.

Minchin is a nice guy, but a horrible teacher! He expects way too much for this to be a 1000 level course. He grades very, very, hard. Try not to take him if possible.

It was really hard to stay awake in his class because his lectures came straight from the outline, therefore you easily loose interest in this class.

I strongly advise you to buy the study guide, since it is better for exam preparation than the text.
