Very cool and understanding teacher. Cancelled class a few times. Never handed back any of the essays, so it makes you wonder if she even graded them, or just gave you a grade.

She is really cool but we didn't get one paper returned to us the whole semester. She cancelled class like 7 times it was great. But it kind of gets annoying when you turn in a paper knowing that you are never going to see it again.

Brockmeier is a great teacher, and her love for poetry is quite contagious. A very laidback, enjoyable, and easy class.
