Face it - you only take this class for the requirement. So come prepared. If you take it with Noor, just be ready to READ THE CHAPTERS. So long as you do that and know them well, you'll be fine. She curves the tests well, which is great!

To me, biology was just another gen ed obstacle. Class attendance not necessary except for the miniscule bonus points. Exams were computer-based and very very difficult. I survived off of curves.

I really liked J Noor!!! During her lectures,she gives really good examples and speaks in a level we can understand - not all of that jargon that most professors use! All of her notes are on PP so you can print them and bring to class. TAKE NOOR!!

She's not as popular without her test banks, but her class is still interesting; you can get a B easily without going to class or studying for hours. Tests are 50 multiple choice on the computer; easy class in my opinion and Noor is a great teacher

If you cant get an "A" in this class you may as well drop out and get a job at McDonald's. I never went to class and spent 4 hours before each test reading the book and set the curve twice. READ THE BOOK!!

Mrs. Noor is an excellent teacher. She has gotten a bad rep from the posts that I have read. The only negative thing I have found after two classes with her is she tends to have a really dry personality.

She is a little hard to follow sometimes but a very fair grader. There is always a good curve. I never read or did homework. Just study the note she gives you and you should do fine.
