She always seems more confused than her students do. She's not much help as far as course material goes.

She doesn't know how to do half of the stuff and always thinks that she is better than everyone else in computers.

The instructor always seemed confused about her own directions. She had to send an email to her students everyday to clarify her own confusing instructions.
