I loved him. I took both his history classes. He is very interesting and you know exactly what you need to study for the tests. He is great, but your grade is based entirly on what the TA thinks, so make friends with him/her.

He gives you all your essays weeks before the tests and it is very easy to get an A if you do the essays in advance. You can't cram the night before otherwise you'll bomb the essays. He's a great guy and is excited about history. He makes it fun!

History is history, but Dr. Price made it interesting. He is a great lecturer. His test are all essay so you have to know what you're talking about, but it's nothing too difficult

Price was an awesome teacher, really covered areas not normally covered. Nothing outside of class, just essay tests. Also bonus quizzes if you go to class. Great teacher.

I love Dr. Price, but not hist 1001. His test are all essay tests but he gives you possible essay choices well in advance of the test. If you want a good grade in the class, prewrite your essays and go to class!

I would recommend this class if you like history. Tough class. 4 exams, the third exam and final are taken at the same time. The final is cummulative. Posts the exam essay questions on the net. TA grades. Tests are essay and I.D.s. Gives 5 pt quizzes

Prof. Price makes history interesting by putting his own spin on things. He gives extra credit with quizzes so go to class and be prepared to work for your tests, they are hard but worth it. I learned a lot!

The guy seems like a real jackass. The class was interesting because he is funny, and the tests were pretty easy. Just get ready for essay questions and remembering specifics (dates, places, importance of what you're writing about)

His exams is just a piece of cake. Don't go to class. The class material is not reflected on the exams at all. Before the exams, he'll give you a sample essay question sheet. Just make your essay and memorize it. Then you'll get an A.

If you like History take this class. If you hate it, find something more interesting. Price is an okay teacher, but his grading is hard. All essay tests. If you think the grader didnt give you a sufficient grade he will regrade it even harder.
