All of the Econ teachers suck but there are definately better teachers that Burak. He has no idea of what he is talking about and you cannot understand what he is talking about. Always second guesses himself.

like any econ class...it sucks. difficult material. burak tries to help you learn and does an okay job, but hard to understand him sometimes. the material is boring and need to study a lot, especially for the final because its departmental

This is a very tough class; unless required I do not recommend taking it; teacher wants you to learn and going to class really does help, it's just hard to pay attention!

I'd recommend Hurmeydan simply because Roussell's tests are harder & it's easier to make an A with Hurmeydan. He curves the final a HUGE amount. Don't expect to learn anything from this guy.

Teacher sucked, but I didn't go to class anyway. (HINT: read the book and hope your reading comprehension skills are up to par.)

Only C I've made in college. Mr. Hurmeydan is a BAD teacher. He DOES NOT speak English, CAN NOT answer your questions (lack of knowledge of his own subject), and WILL NOT prepare you for the final exam (class average was 57% on the final exam)

Mr. Hurmeydan is the absolute worst teacher you could get in an ANY department. This is the only C I have ever made in college. He DOES NOT prepare you in any way for the final, and will not answer your questions when asked.

Mr.Hurmeydan is a very good teacher, he takes his job seriously, he is always prepared and he is very approachable.

Doesn't speak or understand english well at ALL....department just threw him into this class. bad teacher...worse department...but then again stahl and rousell arent much better..
