Day's class consists of lots of case studies as well as criticial thinking essays and the midterm and final. It's interesting stuff but the midterm was so brutal I had to drop the class. Nice guy, but difficult stuff.

Dr. Day is a great professor. He does grade hard, but if you know how to write well then you will have no problems. He tells great stories and class is always enjoyable.

Prof. Day gets a bad rap for being hard, which he is, but you'll come out knowing a TON about media law. He made me think about going to law school someday. Get ready to study...the tests are hard (but fair) and the case briefs are torture!

Day makes this course a billion times harder than it needed to be. A ton of writing. I dropped it.

His tests are graded very hard and are way out of left field! He knows too much about the area and expects you to as well!

People thought Day was hard, but his tests were fair as was he. I recommend him if you really want to know Media Law.
