I love Mrs. Bourgeois! She is so sweet and nice but I didn't really like this class. It is everything in the School of Human Ecology (TAM, Nutrition, Family, etc) rolled into one. At some parts it could be very boring, especially if it wasn't your major that was being taught. Other than that, the tests come directly from the note but beware- no computer to take notes. You better write fast!

Awful class. The exams are very specific and you have study everything that was said because there's no book. If you don't have to take the class, then don't.

This class was ridiculous. It seems like it would be so easy but all the information is bullshit...the test's are so hard and the material is so random

Elva was an incredible teacher. Even though the class combines several different areas all in one, she made it as interesting as possible. Easy A. I studied the night before each test and received A's on everything!!!

This class was such a pain. She pulled some of the questions on tests out of the air! There's no textbook either...so even when you write everything she says down it's still hard to make an A.

fun class.. goes from one extreme to the other.. no book, so you have to take good notes.. go to class and study and you can get an A

Elva is a great teacher. She does NOT round up. This is a weird course. Copy everything from her transparencies and study hard, and you'll do well. Watch out for the Nutrition part. Study every slide, not just what she says will be on the test.

The class isn't hard at all, I got a C because I never went. Ms. Elva is a great teacher, but her tests can be tricky at times!!

I liked this class. It wasn't that difficult, but she made me feel like I was the dumbest person in the world when I'd ask completely reasonable questions. On the other hand, she was a well prepared teacher and knew her material.
