Dont take this beast too lightly. I walked in thinking this was going to be an easy gpa booster but it actually brought my cumm gpa down! its the only reason I dont have a 4.0 right now. And thats saying something considering I was taking bio with Wischusen, chem, and calc 2 in the same semester. Horrible. I am scarred for life because of this class...

By far the easiest class LSU offers. The 1 hour lecture sucks, but you get 3 hours of credit. Just do the tutorials and pre-test right before the exam and you'll make a 100.

So this class basically has 2 componenets. The first is doing Microsoft office problems online. These problems are tideous, but not overly difficult. The other is the lecture portion, which the midterm and final test you on. The material is about the very basics of technology in todays society. Basicly, its easy. My recommendation, go to class for the participation points, and complete the assigments during the lecture. Class-Dull, but help strengthen office skills Professor-Really really awful

EASY "A". Study the powerpoints for test and just do all your myitlab stuff in the required amount of time and you're good.

Tests are EASY if you know how to study for them. After you finish the trainings do them all over again and you will make an A.

This class is very easy! The assignments are very easy but tedious. Actually have to study for midterm and final. Class only meets a few times.

You learn Word, Excel, and Powerpoint through online tutorials. It's not very difficult, but the programs can get annoying at times. Class is a waste of time, but you get participation points for clicking in. Midterm and final are from lecture/book.

This class is a joke, but the software has so many glitches, and this makes its frustrating. Going to class is a waste of time, just do the online training and pre-tests.

TAKE PLAISANCE......soooo easy....drops one test, quiz and in-class assignment.....so you dont have to go to class the last two weeks of class if you are happy with your grade!! so work hard in the beginning and you'll be DONE after the 3rd exam!!

not a bad class. plaisance is pretty easy, but you still need to study. he tells you the exact slides to study and problems on the tests. if you are happy with your grade you don't have to take the final. i suggest going to class

Pretty useful material and Plaisance sets up the class great. Drops a ton of grades and if you do well early on, you don't have to go to class or take the final. Definitely recommend.

Only go to class for tests. Do the practices on computer and you're fine. Easiest class and nice guy. Final was hard b/c didn't have much to do with class, but class was so easy I could make a 50 on final and finish with an A. Take him!

Easy, easy, easy. The computer tutorials are all you really need for the exams, no classes, easy tests especially if you already know how to use Microsoft office.

Plaisance is soo easy. He lets you drop all kinds of grades, so if you just go to class at the beginning and study the night before you'll make an A and then be done with the class after 2/3 of the semester.

The online class was great; you only had to go on test days. Plaisance may not have the best personality, but what does it matter if you don't have actual class time with him? He'd go out of his way to help you even if you haven't asked for.

This teacher is great! He makes himself available always to answer questions. The tutorials take forever to complete, but if you do them, you're pretty much guaranteed a good grade on the exam. He also gives hints during the exams!

He is very helpful during the test. If you don't know how to do it, he will give a hint, so ask him. The study guide he gives is what the test is. The tutorials are time consuming though, but the material is pretty easy. Easy A or B.

Good class, everyone should take. The only problem with the class is if you click or hit a key on accident, the grading program tells you incorrect answer and Mr. Plaisance really doesn't care too much that it bugged out like that.

Easy course. There are better and easier teachers than Plaisance. He gives less of a margin for error on his tests than other prof. and weights certain questions worth more than others on tests. Class is still a breeze though.

A class definitely worth taking, wonderful teacher, you only go on test days, VERY EASY to earn an A!

This is the easiest class I have ever taken. It's an online class teaching you how to use the products of Microsoft Office. Plaisance is a very easy going and always ready to help. He is also good at answering e-mails quickly.

Plaisance the best. easy if you've ever used Windows, just do the tutorials. internet based, you don't have to go to class so it's too easy to forget weekly online quizzes. tests over Word, Excell, Pwr Pt, and Access, plus Front pg assnmt.

If in the internet section, make SURE you understand the whole process of the class before you leave the class on day one. I missed a few assignments not knowing how the system worked.
