VEEDER H (LIS)

If you have to take LIS1001, TAKE VEEDER! She is young and extremely sweet. The course material is a bit boring at times, but she really tries to make it interesting for you. She doesn't make you do tedious looking-things-up in the library (which other teachers do). All her assignments are generally simple, and the class definitely helps teach you about resources that you otherwise might not know about. Also good as a GPA booster or if you need another hour to be full-time.

Very easy class! Hillary is a great teacher and she is super fun! She is willing to help you with anything. Class is easy and there are assignments and discussion topics that make up the course material. Also, take home final, which is super easy!

Hillary is the best LIS teacher that I could think of. She knows the course content is rather drab, but she does what she can to make it interesting and easy. It's only 1/2 a semester, so take it at the beginning of the semester if you can. She's super sweet and as long as you do the assignments (they're easy) and go to class (she does participation points - aka just show up) then you'll do well. Easy A, and it actually does help with research skills that you'll need when writing papers, etc. TAKE VEEDER!

LIS is a breeze. Hilary's final was open book at she grades very easily. If you need help, which you probably won't, she is more than happy to assist you.
