Dr. White is the BEST! He explains the material in ways which appeal to students of ALL learning types. OCS 1005 is a great class for those of you who aren't science majors, and take Dr. White because he makes it fun and easy to understand.

Dr White makes this class easy. He gives you the material that will be on the test through powerpoint slides. Although the class requires a little effort, it should be an easy A. Just attend class and study a day or two before tests.

He understands that this is an intro class and teaches general ideas not specific ones. There is a quiz everyday that in the end is worth 10% of your grade, also give random "bonus" quizzes that are worth 1 percent point on final grade.

He is a great teacher although the material is really boring. If you go to class then you'll do okay in the class. He gives a lot of quizzes just to make sure you are in class, but they are really easy.
