FREEMAN C (MC)

Freeman is hilarious and very friendly. Go to class for participation points, but once you get them all no need to go to class or take the final is you're satisfied with your grade. Easy A

This was a pretty easy class. 4 tests, drops 1. 1-2 points exracredit through research surveys. Class participation with the clickers. Dont need book, the book website questions are all on the test also the practice questions in class are on the test as well. Finished with an A without to much time spent on it. Freeman is pretty funny, "Come on down"

Freeman was a good teacher. He dropped the lowest test grade, so the Final was optional. If i had really studied I would've had an A in the class. He rambles alot though. The tests are mainly his powerpoints and Sample Questions.

Freeman is always overexcited; if you come late, come in through the back because he will call you too the front of the class and make you stand there while he's talking (so awkward). The coursework is easy but attendance is like 15% of your grade and it can hurt if you don't really go to class. The class is long and painful but Freeman is pretty okay! If you are going to take MC 2000 take Freeman just go to class and read your book!

It is def an easy A but your going to have to put forth some effort. The tests get easier as the semester goes on so dont be scared if you do poorly on the first one

If you take this class, take Freeman!! He's very interesting to listen to. Attendance is a must, because he does many clicker participation questions in class. For tests, just study his powerpoints and online questions. No assignments outside of class.

Mass com is pretty interesting but I took it as an elective to be an easy A. And with Freeman it was. He has participation points you get from clickers but he only counts 100% max, which is about half of the class time for the semester. There are plenty of bonus points opportunities and the tests are straight from slides. He also records his classes and posts them on Moodle. Take this class for an A.

You'd be foolish to not take Freeman for MC 2000. EASY A.

Craig Freeman is the nicest sweetest man ever. He is very enthusiastic and makes the class very fun. This course is the easiest I have taken so far at LSU. I honestly went to maybe 5 classes and got an A. He records his lectures and post his power points on moodle. I would study the power points the day of the test and get an A, but I have a really good memory. Their are clicker points every class, but I just got someone to click for me everyday. He drops your lowest test grade. Take him if you are going to take MC, my friends had the other teachers and they were really hard. FREEMAN IS AMAZING. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This class was extremely easy! You might not enjoy the content as much if you aren't a MC major but Freeman makes the class interesting! I skipped a lot and still had an A in participation points and averaged A's on the first three tests so I didn't have to go for the last test because he drops the lowest of the 4. TAKE FREEMAN!

I thought this class was going to be somewhat easy but it kind of was a challenge. As the course went on, however, the tests started to get easier. Use the website that he gives you to study! A lot of the questions come from there, especially towards the end of the semester.

Freeman has a policy TAKE 4 EXAMS drop the lowest, and if you make an A average on the first three, you don't need to even come to class for the first one. You must attend class to do well. Participation "clicker" points add to your grade in the class

loved him! so funny and has a great personality. he just takes the highest 3 tests out of 4 so i didnt take the final and didnt go to the last 3 weeks of class! participation points of course help so make sure to go to class. not hard

Freeman is awesome! easy material, class participation for showing up, curves tests and drops the lowest grade...use online website and this class should be very easy

Freeman was great. He posts videos of his lectures online and will do everything he can to help his students. Attending is only required to get your participation points(I went less than half the time and got a 100). Funny guy, definitely recommend!

Freeman is great. Do the online true/false and multiple choice, and you'll get atleast a C on the test! All lectures online.

Easy A. Lots of extra credit. Tests are easy and Freeman generally has a review lecture before each test, plus he drops your lowest test grade.

Freeman puts videos of his lectures up on the internet so you dont have to go to every class. He cares a lot about his students and aslways curves the tests.

If you are going to take this class, take Freeman. Have to go to class just long enough to get participation points. Go to review classes before exams. Exams are MC and not hard.

Pretty easy class. About 10% of grade is in class clicker quizzes though so beware. Tests are kinda difficult, requires real good notes from class. Also, I had about 8-9 percentage bonus points by the end. (not kidding)

Great Teacher. He is fun and drops one test. Attendence is taken through clickers but you max out at 100 and he gives close to 200. All notes are online and so are his lectures (you can listen). Take Freeman if you can.

He tells you what you need to know in his lectures. Go to class to get your participation points and do the extra credit, they really help your grade. Do the review quizzes. He's very nice. You don't need to buy the book.

Freeman was great and he taped his lectures and put them on SB, but his tests were not easy, he had to curve them all if i remember correctly. I am an A/B student and got a C in his class

Great teacher and a great class! Easy A! No point in going to class, all notes are posted online and Freeman curves a little on tests. If you do go to class though, Freeman still makes it fun and worthwhile

This class is the best! Freeman makes the class interesting yet challenging. Almost makes you want to go to law school.

Don't even need to go to class---you can listen to/watch the lectures online. Powerpoints are also online. Easy Class.

Really great guy that wants everyone to do well. Material is a little dry and can be tricky on tests. Still, a good elective for an A or B

I would definately recommend taking Freeman. He has a "dress code" but it's only so he can pick on the people who break it. Know the case if you plan on wearing flip-flops.

Freeman is a really good teacher. The material is tough, but he will help you outside of class. He made the lectures as interesting as they could be with clever methods.

We had great class discussions, you have to participate in class to get something out of this course, read the court cases before class he gives pop quizzes, interesting class though, not impossible as you think if you do what you need to, funny guy

Freeman is one of the best teachers at LSU. TAKE HIM!!! He is clear, helpful and fair while offering useful real-world knowledge. He's an A+++

Craig Freeman is AWESOME! He's superman. His wife was studying for the bar, pregnant, and their 3 year old was in a full body case, and he had our papers back the next class period WITH comments. He's a great, thorough professor who is fair!

I felt so dumb in class because I know nothing about law. But you must participate. I thought it was a hard class but Freeman is really great.

Freeman's class is very interesting. Although you need to go to class and read the cases, his grading is very fair and he gives full credit when it's due. (Unlike some teachers)

Freeman is THE BEST teacher I've ever had at LSU - he has a genuine concern for all students.

Freeman was a little hard but more than willing to help you out if you had a problem or question. He comes off as really tough the first day but warms up as the semester continues. I learned alot from him.

If you have to deal with this horrible class, take Freeman. He tends to stutter sometimes, but he's a great guy and will go beyond the call of duty to help!

You do have to study, but he grades fairly easy. He is a very nice guy and willing to help you out however he can.

Mr. Freeman makes Media Law as fun as Media Law can be. He has a great personality and uses cool ways to make you understand law.
