This class is very easy. You learn a lot of useful information like drug and alcohol addiction, what causes cancer, evolution vs. creation, etc. A lot of bonus option. Drops 1 test. Hardly any homework. Take this class!

Best-kept secret at LSU. Pretty easy course. Lectures are really interesting and just enough for you to understand science-related controversies, and then you discuss. Outside assignments are worth the extra committment. seriously, great course.

I took this class thinking it would be way easier than biology. This content isnt too hard but you have to do a book report, movie critique and write papers. It would have probably been better just to go ahead and take bio instead.
