Dr. Wagner was a nice guy, but found any excuse to keep the class for the full three hours. If there is enough material to fill the time it makes sense, but when everyone is clearly out of energy and things to say (it is a "round table" format) 2 hours into this once a week night class, its time to let us leave. You could have a sheet of notes on the midterm and final, and the final project was time consuming, but graded easy since he was making last minute changes to the syllabus.
