Slawson is great - really straight forward. There are a lot of quizzes and you really have to stay on top of things, A LOT of TVM concepts. Overall, if you do well on all the quizzes, you will do well on the exams. Class is mostly about mortgages.

Best class I've taken in college. Carlos is an amazing teacher. You must go to class, and even though I had it at 7:30am he made it fun to be there. Must stay on top of the homework but if you do well on those you dont have to take the final.

Seems bad at first b/c the class is 3 long hrs, but it's not in the end. Can use a cheat sheet for the test & he wont give below a 75, even if you score 0/10. Pace is always nice & willing to help b/c he really wants everyone to do well.

You learn absolutely nothing - you just memorize key strokes on the calculator and do TONS of homework. He wants you to do good though, so with a lot of work you can get a good grade.
